Mark Hand

Director of operations

Mark Hand has always been drawn to roles centered around people, relationships, and creating meaningful experiences. After playing lacrosse at the University of North Carolina, he developed a strong appreciation for discipline, teamwork, and the daily habits that drive long-term performance and well-being.

Through his time working closely with individuals and teams, Mark recognized a common gap in healthcare—patients often feel rushed, overlooked, and disconnected from their care. That realization shaped his approach, emphasizing the importance of time, attention, and a more personalized experience.

Today, Mark plays a key role in shaping the member experience at Birmingham Longevity. He is committed to ensuring every individual who walks through the doors feels cared for at the highest level—from their first interaction to ongoing support throughout their journey.
